# Call logs

> Browse, review, and export the record of every call.

Every call your agents place or receive is recorded in your call logs, whether it happened as part of a campaign or on its own.

## Browse call logs

View call logs across your whole organization, or scoped to a specific campaign. Each entry shows the call's status, duration, and [outcome](/build-voice-agents/call-outcomes).

## Call detail

Open a call to see its full transcript, recording, the [tools](/build-voice-agents/tool-calls) it called during the conversation, and any feedback left on the call.

## Export logs

Export call logs to a CSV file for further analysis outside AgentCallback.

  If you're debugging a specific tool or webhook, start from a call's detail view — it shows exactly what the agent called and what it received back.
