Owners can invite teammates and manage member access from the Teams page.

Invite a teammate

  1. In the dashboard sidebar, select Teams.
  2. Select Invite Teammate.
  3. Enter the teammate’s email address.
  4. Choose a role:
    • Team Member can manage their own campaigns and view shared agents, phone numbers, and voices.
    • Owner has full access, including billing, API keys, and team management.
  5. Select Send Invite.
  6. Ask your teammate to open the invitation email and accept the invitation.
Invite a person using the same email address they will use to sign in. An email address that is already a member or has a pending invitation cannot receive another new invitation.

Resend a pending invitation

  1. Open Teams.
  2. Find the person with a pending invitation.
  3. Select Resend.
  4. Confirm that you want to send a new invitation.
The previous invitation link stops working when you resend it. The page may temporarily show a resend countdown before another resend is available.

Change a member’s role

  1. Open Teams.
  2. Find the active team member.
  3. Select the role dropdown in their row.
  4. Choose Owner or Team Member.
Role changes apply immediately. Keep at least one owner in the organization so someone can manage access and billing.
