Connect Twilio to give your agents phone numbers to call from and receive calls on. You can bring your own Twilio account, or let AgentCallback manage one for you.

Bring your own Twilio account

1

Open Twilio credentials

In the dashboard, open the Twilio credentials settings.
2

Enter your credentials

Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.
3

Save

Save your credentials. AgentCallback uses them to manage phone numbers on your Twilio account.

Or let AgentCallback manage it for you

If you don’t want to connect your own Twilio account, AgentCallback can automatically provision a managed Twilio subaccount for your organization instead.

Get a phone number

Inbound numbers receive calls and route them to an inbound agent.
  • Buy a number — search available numbers and purchase one directly.
  • Import from Twilio — bring in a number that already exists on your connected Twilio account.
  • Verify a caller ID — use a number you already own, without porting it, by completing a verification call and entering a confirmation code.
Once added, assign the number an inbound agent so it knows how to handle incoming calls.
