Call detail

Open a call to see its full transcript, recording, the tools it called during the conversation, and any feedback left on the call.

Export logs

Export call logs to a CSV file for further analysis outside AgentCallback.
If you’re debugging a specific tool or webhook, start from a call’s detail view — it shows exactly what the agent called and what it received back.
