Call logs - AgentCallback Documentation

Every call your agents place or receive is recorded in your call logs, whether it happened as part of a campaign or on its own.

Browse call logs

View call logs across your whole organization, or scoped to a specific campaign. Each entry shows the call’s status, duration, and outcome. Use Duration at least (seconds) to show completed calls that reached a threshold. The filter runs on the server, so pagination and the total count include only matching calls.

Call detail

Open a call to see its full transcript, recording, the tools it called during the conversation, and any feedback left on the call.

Export logs

Export call logs to a CSV file for further analysis outside AgentCallback.

If you’re debugging a specific tool or webhook, start from a call’s detail view — it shows exactly what the agent called and what it received back.
